The hotel is located in a beautiful and peaceful suburb with superb views. The rooms are cozy and beautifully furnished with en suite bathrooms. The staff is friendly, helpful and always smiling. Breakfast is delicious and the food at the restaurant is outstanding. the gardens are lovely and offer nice walks towards nearby attractions.
The conference staff seemed unfriendly and unaccommodating to hotel guests.

A beautiful location and excellent accommodation. We stayed in the apartments in the grounds of the hotel, the apartment could sleep six people having 2-bedrooms and also a sofa bed in the lounge, as there were only 3 of us, there was more than enough space, one bedroom having a double bed and the second bedroom having twin beds. The quality of the accommodation was top class. The facilities, outdoor/indoor pool, gym were also excellent. We would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again in the future.

Not overstaffed. Absent management,we never saw one! All staff are always busy. Fantastic location and views of Coruña and the airport about 4 miles away, but not a busy airport. Located on hill accessed from difficult to find very narrow lanes. Fantastic Pool, often empty. Good buffet breakfast, other meals OK but very limited choice. Very interesting main building, female staff dressed in 19th century clothing.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel! Best aspects were the friendly and helpful staff, beautiful gardens with superb views, well-equipped kitchen, and easy parking.
Not obvious to find.

Very tidy, clean, nice staff, nice food, good for families or buisness, very relaxing.
Location: if you don't have a car don't better to stay in town.

Very friendly and efficient staff. No question was too much and everything was taken care for. This is what service is really about. Rooms are very nicely decorated, the whole building had a very friendly and cosy atmosphere that made you feel directly at home
You have to wear a swim cap in the swimming pool. To my understanding this is no longer necessary if you have a state of the art swimming pool installation.

Walking through the beautiful gardens was such a treat. We also had a great time in the outdoor pool which was very clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
The location was a little out of the way, so a car is a must-have. In the evenings there wasn't much to do, so we found ourselves spending most of our time in the hotel.

The location is an oasis in the middle of a manic location. The standard of the grounds, accomodation and facilities cannot be faulted. Very peaceful and relaxing environment inside the grounds.
If you eat in the hotel on an ad hoc basis, know what you are paying before you decide or choose. No menues were available at the table, although they one was supposedly at the entrance to the restuarant (don't know where, as other dissatisfied diners besides ourselves missed it also). The choice was limited to two starters, two main courses and ice cream only as a dessert. Presentation was poor, certainly not a four- star experience, but with a bottle of house wine, the only one offered, the bill was 107 euros. We had to book by midday, as out of season, allegedly so that the food was fresh. Nothing offered tasted anything better than could have been de-frosted within the hour. Don't mind paying four-star prices, but not for two-star offerings.

For us it was ideal.

There was nothing we liked about this place!
There was no heat both apartments we were offered. Both apartments were dirty. The upstairs toilet backed up into the kitchen sink. Both apartments smelled like garbage. The grounds were not well kept up. The apartments were 1960s modern with worn out features and furniture. The resturant was closed for an extended "holiday."

Great facilities, the reception staff were very friendly. The apartment was in great condition and clean. The pool area was beautiful.
The pool staff member was consistently rude. Also the services provided by the hotel were very expensive - relative to the cost of the stay.

Lovely private villas set in peaceful surroundings with private terrace. Impressive modern facilities including a full-size pool, gym, and sauna. Friendly and helpful staff, and good service for a quiet, romantic stay.
Villa floors could use better soundproofing; noise from other guests can be heard.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel tucked away in a peaceful location. The hotel is situated in a quiet suburb, providing a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The surroundings are simply stunning, with well-kept gardens and breathtaking views. Our room had a balcony overlooking the gardens, and we enjoyed sipping our morning coffee while taking in the picturesque scenery. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely en suite bathroom that had both a shower and a bath. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They spoke English, which made communication a breeze. We were also impressed by the range of amenities offered, such as room service, car hire, and dry cleaning. The hotel even had a swimming pool and a sauna, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
